I wasn't going to bootcamp Sept-Nov because I was helping with Tumbling...December I went to bootcamp...then we started TTC. I hadn't been doing bootcamp regularly before that so I didn't want to start up again in Jan and screw up my chances of conceiving. So........here we are, March and no baby with a fat belly. I'm so frustrated. I want to be working out but I don't want to screw anything up if I do get pg. Now, the past 3 months I could have been working out and in better shape so I could continue working hard during pregnancy (assuming it happens) but now here I am...a fat blob. DD asked me today, "Mom, do you have a baby in your tummy?" me "no" DD "why does your belly stick out farther than your bewbs? Are you getting fat?" Me...Yes, Shay, I am getting fat.
I hate this.

awww brookie ((((HUGS))))). I thought if it wasn't too strenuous it would be okay? I have a GF irl that is due in 3 weeks and she's still going to the gym (nothing hard of course) but she went during ttc. Anyhow I know it's not the same for everyone ya know..and with TTC there's so many 'grey' areas. MOre hugs I know how it feels (fat) :-( I hope you have a little bean growing in there very soon

Well, that's the problem...when I do it, I do it hard core. Bootcamp is definately strenuous. I was going to get a treadmill but now the snow if FINALLY MELTING (it's been since November) so I'm getting excited about being outside walking/jogging...whatever I can do.

What about running/walking a treadmill? You can do that an entire pregnancy. Also, yoga is very good before, during and after pregnancy!
